As Senior Advisor for Reporting, I deliver quarterly spend analysis and Power BI dashboards for Business Modernization programs, briefing stakeholders through the President of Dell Technologies Services. I also lead risk assessments, represent team priorities in leadership syncs, and translate employee feedback into actionable insights for VP and SVP reporting.

Previously, I owned end-to-end ALM for Power Platform request-intake, approval, documentation, and reporting workflows, replacing manual SharePoint-list processes with Dev, Test, UAT, and Production practices. My solutions supported talent development, travel approvals, organizational directories, and engagement programs serving up to 35,000 FTEs.

My background also includes data center project management, CMDB modernization, global SharePoint governance, service-offering development, and Technical Account Management for government and healthcare customers. I bring a practical, customer-focused approach to automation, platform governance, data visibility, and cross-functional delivery.
