What I'm looking for

I’m open to conversations about BI strategy, AI enablement, credit risk analytics, and data governance.

At Frampol Tech, I help businesses turn messy, multi-source data into decisions they can act on. My consulting work spans BI dashboards, financial reporting, machine learning, credit scoring, and AI-powered automation.

Across mining, retail, financial services, property development, and agricultural lending, I work on analytics challenges that connect data to business decisions. I’m especially focused on reconciling data across ERP systems and aligning stakeholders on definitions.

At CBZ Holdings Limited, I worked as Analytics Development Manager and previously as Senior Data Scientist, specializing in big data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and AI. Earlier, I worked as a Data Scientist at Deep Analytics.

I use Power BI, including advanced DAX and Power Query M, alongside Python-based machine learning with XGBoost, LightGBM, and SHAP. I hold an MSc in Data Analytics and am completing an MBA with a specialization in AI; my accountancy background keeps my work grounded in how decisions are made in the boardroom.
