At Sun River Health and S4CH, I oversee enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, data, and operations across approximately 10 supported healthcare entities. I grew the technology organization from approximately 11 to 40 professionals and led technology integration as Sun River Health expanded through acquisitions, new health centers, and other growth.

I led the enterprise migration to Snowflake and transformed UCaaS/CCaaS services, with successive agreements delivering approximately $2.1M in contractual savings. I also matured the cybersecurity program around NIST and HIPAA, sponsor S4CH's inaugural SOC 2 Type II initiative, and chair the IT/AI Governance Committee.
