At Consociate Health, I lead modernization across applications and hybrid cloud infrastructure for healthcare benefits administration, overseeing security, development, support, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. I grew the technology organization from four to 15 specialists, established 24x7 SOC coverage, reduced duplicate technology costs by 30%, and built disaster recovery capabilities supporting one-hour RTO and three-hour RPO objectives.

Previously, at the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology, I led 50 professionals supporting more than 200 enterprise applications across 40+ state agencies. I served as Program Director for one of the nation’s Top 200 ServiceNow implementations and helped advance statewide modernization, governance, workforce systems, and the COVID-19 check-in mobile application.

Across Horace Mann, Lee Enterprises, EMI Music, and Zexel Valeo Compressor USA, I’ve led infrastructure, data center, network operations, disaster recovery, monitoring, and technology teams.
