At The RealReal, I contribute to seller and consignment software across selling, shipping, and packing-list workflows. I work with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and GraphQL, and contribute to Elixir and GraphQL backend workflows.
I also drive end-to-end quality strategy across Buyer, Seller, Mobile, and Platform domains. I led cross-platform automation for web, iOS, and Android, scaling mobile test automation from 0% to ~95% coverage.
At The RealReal, I built automated Slack regression reporting with Allure and designed CI/CD quality pipelines using GitHub Actions and Sauce Labs/LambdaTest. I also mentored QA engineers on mobile automation, API testing, and flakiness mitigation.
Earlier, I analyzed seller and inventory data at The RealReal, using SQL, Tableau, and Looker to surface seller-retention opportunities. I also built a machine-learning seller segmentation model and, at Accenture, built Tableau dashboards for sales and procurement data.
