Most recently, I developed go-to-market strategy for CMS models and a care orchestration platform supporting chronic care management for ACOs and health plans.

At Blue Agilis, I oversaw enterprise health plan and health system accounts, expanded Customer Success from one to four team members, increased annual wellness visit completion by 20%, reduced emergency department utilization by 9%, and lowered readmissions from 14% to 10%, saving approximately $600,000 in medical spend. Across Vytalize Health, I directed value-based care performance for more than 200 practices and 1,800 providers across MSSP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage, and commercial agreements.

At Aledade, I helped build an MSSP Enhanced Track ACO across Illinois, Missouri, and Kentucky to 9,000 attributed lives. I bring a practical, data-driven approach to improving quality, total cost of care, provider engagement, and patient outcomes while building durable executive partnerships.
