I’m an MBA(HR & IR) candidate with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations. I’ve supported end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while keeping candidate pipelines organized using ATS tools.

In my HR Recruiter Intern role at Universal Tribes, I screened 50+ resumes weekly and shortlisted candidates against job requirements. I coordinated 30+ interviews per month with hiring managers and candidates, and I sourced talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

At FIH Men’s Junior World Cup / Hockey India League, I sourced and recruited candidates through job fairs and networking for roles including team leads, physios, and support staff. I also managed onboarding sessions for 50+ staff and volunteers, covering policies and operations, and coordinated closely with managers for final selection.

I’m also building strong recruiting fundamentals from roles like HR Intern at Sree Praviga Constructions Pvt Ltd, where I built a talent pipeline using job portals and professional networks. Overall, I’ve successfully handled high-volume recruitment (100+ candidates) and take pride in smooth workforce management during international sports events.
