At Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. (Entel), Medina Silva Limitada (NOUS), and Inmetrics Chile SPA, I led Microsoft infrastructure projects for Chilean enterprises, including Banco de Chile, Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI), and Antofagasta Minerals. I administered Azure services, Active Directory, and Exchange Online for environments of up to 5,000+ users.
I directed Exchange and Windows Server migrations and integrated Microsoft Entra Connect, achieving a 20% reduction in incident frequency. Earlier, at Soluciones Netready.com, C.A. and Grupo BekeSantos C.A., I worked on Microsoft infrastructure consulting, virtualization, and migrations, and oversaw a SharePoint 2010 farm for Cardón IV.
