I want to lead quality engineering and automation end-to-end—planning testing, improving decision-making, and integrating performance testing—while collaborating in a Scrum environment to boost customer satisfaction and resolve complex problems.

I’m a Quality Engineer Manager and experienced quality team leader with 8+ years building and improving testing programs in IT banking. I’m known for resolving problems quickly, strengthening service to stakeholders, and driving creative, ethical solutions that align teams to clear goals.

In my recent roles, I’ve led QA for ETRM initiatives by evaluating and enhancing testing procedures and developing automation guidelines (JUnit, Karate, Playwright, Selenium), and I’ve integrated performance testing across all levels using K6, Apache JMeter, and LoadRunner. Earlier, I led credit card system testing for a 20-person team, overseeing core banking credit card migration and upgrades, data mapping and interfaces, and regulatory/mandatory improvements.
