At Mediamint, I architected and deployed a production-grade multi-agent Agentic ATS, leading the end-to-end lifecycle “(sourcing through offer release),” and delivered measurable operational value. I also built a RAG-powered conversational AI Chatbot inside Google Chat to answer organization-wide HR policy queries, improving internal collaboration and data enrichment.

I have engineered and deployed scalable AI automation, including a React/Node.js/Supabase + Google Gemini autonomous voice and communication assessment platform that automated “1000+ manual pre-screening assessments.” I drive ETL and analytics using Python, SQL, and LookML to deliver interactive dashboards (Looker/Looker Studio), and I integrate MLOps and AI operations toolchains to move complex workflows from concept to production with minimal oversight.
