What I'm looking for

I seek valuation roles where I can lead teams, deliver Red Book–compliant valuations, advise clients, and contribute to business growth in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

I am a Chartered surveyor with over 8 years’ experience specializing in valuation of commercial, residential and industrial property for secured lending, rental assessments, financial reporting and transaction advice.

As a Senior Valuer I vet valuation calculations and reports, prepare departmental budgets, conduct performance appraisals, and lead client pitches to secure business for the department.

Previously I carried out property inspections and prepared Red Book–compliant valuations, negotiated fees, managed invoicing and reconciliations, and vetted peers' reports to maintain quality and revenue collection.

I combine technical valuation skills with stakeholder engagement, market research and strong report-writing to deliver compliant, timely valuations that support lending and commercial decision-making.
