I seek a role in asset management or valuation where I can apply valuation and risk-assessment skills, work with data-driven teams, and grow into portfolio management responsibilities.

I am an asset management professional focused on financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment valuation. I bring experience in financial modeling, market analysis, property valuation, and appraisal across public and private sector assignments.

During internships and roles with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and with private appraisal firms, I prepared valuation reports for residential, commercial, agricultural and bare land properties, as well as company asset disposals, strengthening my technical valuation and portfolio assessment skills.

I am results-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to leveraging data-driven insights and modern tools to improve risk-return profiles, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and support sustainable investment decisions.
