Since June 2025, I’ve fully managed a USA Amazon store as a self-employed Amazon Virtual Assistant. I keep FBA and FBM listings accurate and create FBM listings.
I track inventory, orders, and shipments, and coordinate with prep centers and distributors. I also research wholesale products, suppliers, and distributors.
I calculate profit, fees, and margins, and maintain inventory and financial records in Sheets and Excel. I handle customer service and returns, and provide regular written updates on store operations.
Since 2023, I’ve also worked in virtual assistant roles involving data entry, document preparation, research, scheduling support, and customer communication. During my BBA in Accounting, I supported university faculty with ledger maintenance, expense calculations, and financial records.
