At Sigun, I lead the product side of six active customer programs for OmniAudio, Sigun's simulator audio and communication product. I work with Havelsan and BİTES teams from scoping through acceptance and delivery, and delivered OmniAudio to international customers including NLR and Leonardo.
At ARD Group (Zee.ro), I worked with the founders to narrow the fintech payments MVP around what merchants would use. I validated the product with pilot partners in Ukraine and Australia and defined dashboard requirements, including reporting flows and transaction analytics.
At Lama IT Solutions and Gen Era Diagnostik, I made product and backlog decisions for ERP, bioinformatics, and genetic diagnostics platforms. I turned customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and balanced feature requests against accuracy and reliability needs.
Before product management, I led test planning and agile delivery for defense and telecom projects at ICterra, and led a QA organization of around 20 people across Turkey, Ukraine, and India at Comodo. I also built personal projects for content and video automation, equity research, and Turkish mutual fund research.
