What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my music-industry production and logistics expertise in a global business environment, partnering with event teams to deliver smooth operations, strong artist experiences, and well-run budgets.

I am an International Business Management Master's student based in Paris, with extensive, practical experience in the music industry and event operations. Over the past years, I have managed multi-city tour logistics, production budgets, and backstage operations as a Tour and Production Manager for Manuş Baba. Combining near-native English fluency with a strong understanding of artist relations and business dynamics, I bring a hands-on, business-minded approach to keeping productions running smoothly.

In my work, I coordinate end-to-end operational details—hospitality logistics, backstage and hotel accommodations, fan engagement and communications, and stage readiness—while also supporting technical teams and event organizers. I’ve also contributed to Red Bull Turkey events through on-site logistics, branding, crowd control, and backstage operations, and supported executives at Luna Audio with meeting arrangements, equipment planning, and budget-assistance.
