At Alice West Fleet Elementary, I plan and adapt standards-aligned ELA, mathematics, and content-area instruction, creating lesson materials and targeted supports for varied learning needs.
I teach foundational literacy and use assessment data to monitor student progress and guide interventions. I also contribute to ELA and mathematics curriculum writing, mentor colleagues, and lead grade-level collaboration.
Earlier, I supported sales operations at B.F. Saul Hospitality Group and hotel openings at Compass Development Services. My education includes an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from The George Washington University, and I hold a Virginia Elementary Education License for grades 1–6.
