I’m a compassionate and dependable psychology graduate student with experience supporting people in healthcare and customer service environments. I’m committed to creating welcoming spaces while managing responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and providing attentive care.

In my Nurse Aide role, I assisted patients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and comfort. I supported nursing staff by monitoring patient safety, responding to patients’ needs, and maintaining clean, supportive environments in line with facility policies.

Before that, I built strong service and teamwork skills as a Barista in a fast-paced setting. I delivered friendly, efficient customer service, prepared beverages and food items following quality and safety standards, and maintained health and sanitation by keeping workstations clean and organized.
