I've supported Caritas Nigeria's education, anti-human trafficking, and returnee reintegration programs by turning field data into clear reporting, dashboards, and program insights. In my Education Assistant role, I designed KoboCollect tools, trained monitors, and improved the accuracy and clarity of refugee learner data reporting.
As a MEAL Associate, I developed M&E tools, checklists, and databases for a GIZ-funded returnee reintegration project, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, and delivered donor reports that informed program adaptation and funding decisions.
I'm building on more than six years of monitoring, evaluation, and data analytics experience, supported by an Executive Master's in Data Science Management. I use advanced Excel, Power BI, KoboToolbox, ODK, and growing Python and R skills to strengthen accountability, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based programming.
