At VTTI, I manage global support operations and Jira Service Management for critical systems across global terminals.

I design workflows and automation for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, coordinate regional teams during high-priority infrastructure incidents, and maintain strict SLA adherence while improving MTTR. I also build Power Platform and Jira dashboards that reduce manual work and improve production-change reliability.

My hands-on infrastructure work includes Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Proxmox VE, and OPNsense. In my home lab, I simulate enterprise messaging, identity services, network segmentation, secure routing, and high availability.

I use Python and Bash to automate health checks and Active Directory user attribute updates, and I’m pursuing Cisco CCNA to deepen my networking capabilities.
