What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can use recruiting, customer service, organization, and communication skills to support candidates, clients, or students.

I'm currently recruiting for Gillmann Services Inc., where I review applicant resumes, manage candidate records in Avionte, complete background checks and E-Verify processes, administer drug tests, and place people into skilled-trades assignments.

I also answer questions about jobs, insurance, and pay while discussing skilled-trades experience with applicants to identify the right fit.

Previously, I supported students across preschool through fifth grade as a substitute teacher with ESC and as an intervention assistant with Hilliard City Schools. I executed lesson plans, tracked student progress, collaborated with teachers, and helped create positive learning environments for students with diverse needs.

My earlier work at Columbus Metropolitan Library combined customer service, reader support, library-resource guidance, organization, and one-on-one reading assistance. I bring strong communication, organization, writing, and Microsoft Office skills to people-focused work.
