At York University, I help prepare abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and lay summaries that make research clear to experts and the public. I analyze research articles to identify trends and gaps around disease prevention, treatment adherence, and access to health care.
At The Rock Medical Center, I answered about 60 patient calls a day, managed appointments for three physicians, and followed up with pharmacies and laboratories to resolve requests. I’ve also served customers at Trail Appliances and Chatime Canada, where I trained five new team members.
