Lexy Snider

I am a Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in medical-surgical care, wound management, IV and PICC maintenance, and patient-focused case management. I completed an Associate Degree in Registered Nursing from ECPI University in February 2019 and have built clinical skills through diverse rotations and bedside roles.

My clinical background includes medical-surgical, OB/parent-child, mental health, and long-term care settings, where I performed assessments, medication administration, IV starts, blood draws, tracheostomy and ostomy care, and catheter management. I have also collaborated regularly with PT, OT, and speech therapy to coordinate patient-centered care.

In my roles as Staff RN and RN Case Manager, I developed and managed care plans, performed skilled assessments, coordinated with physicians, managed labs and wound care, and communicated with patients' families to support continuity and safety of care. I bring strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and a consistent work ethic to each assignment.

I seek opportunities where I can apply my clinical skills and case management experience to improve patient outcomes, contribute to interdisciplinary teams, and continue professional growth in a supportive healthcare environment.
