I'm looking for a detail-focused operations or records role where I can process documentation accurately, manage high-volume workloads, maintain organized records, and help resolve customer or administrative issues.

At IAA, I process and review vehicle titles, registrations, lien information, and related documentation. I verify VINs, ownership, odometer readings, and customer information while ensuring paperwork complies with state and federal regulations.

I also support mail operations by sorting shipments, maintaining delivery records, resolving delayed packages, and completing accurate data entry. I keep physical and electronic files organized while meeting high-volume deadlines.
