Emily Lipari

I've delivered high-acuity emergency care across Providence Healthcare System and travel assignments spanning critical access hospitals, Level I trauma centers, and teaching facilities. I stabilize pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients experiencing trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and behavioral emergencies.

In emergency departments across the U.S., I've rapidly triaged high patient volumes, managed complex medical-surgical and intensive care boarding, and adapted to changing resources and workflows. I've also served as a trauma team leader, charge nurse, EMS coordinator, and team lead, supporting department throughput and multidisciplinary patient care.

I'm continuing my education through an MSN-FNP program and remain committed to evidence-based, compassionate, patient-centered care. I enjoy mentoring nurses and students while expanding my clinical knowledge and skills.
