What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own governed enterprise workflow architecture, automate processes to improve data accuracy, and partner with IT and business stakeholders—especially in regulated environments that value compliance, visibility, and scalable roadmap execution.

I specialize in Workfront administration and IT business analysis, translating cross-functional needs into scalable workflow solutions. At Medtronic, I led the architecture design of enterprise workflow solutions supporting marketing, compliance, and operational teams in regulated healthcare environments, while defining data governance frameworks to improve visibility, traceability, and audit readiness.

Previously at Carilion Clinic, I led the enterprise implementation and architecture design of Adobe Workfront, transforming fragmented workflows into a centralized, governed system. I build dashboards and tracking to improve enterprise visibility, automate workflows to reduce manual effort, and drive adoption through training/change management and executive-ready stakeholder alignment.
