At SoulSeer Psychic Reading App, I built and led development of a real-time platform for psychic readings, with live Cloudflare RealTime Kit chat and video and pay-per-minute billing.
I manage the React and Vite frontend in Render, backend in Cloudflare, and database systems and auth in Neon. With the reading system being set up with Cloudflare RealTime Kit and Workers. have experience using other platforms for those services, such as Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, Clerk, Auth, etc. I also implemented Stripe microtransactions, session tracking, and per-client billing. I've gained a lot of experience in systems integration, API, and software development.
I also manage brand direction, website content, social media creative, launch outreach, and Google Analytics and PostHog setup. As well as Lead reader recruitment and onboarding, including job listings, applicant communication, reading evaluations, reader agreements, and invitation-flow testing.
Before SoulSeer, I worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician since 2018, including as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens. I also have managerial experience as Assistant Manager at Pizzeria Vitale from 2013-2016. Providing excellent, empathetic customer service for over 13 years.
