At Finsus, I lead strategic and regulatory analysis of Mexico’s financial sector and serve as Project Management Officer for the institution’s banking license application before the CNBV.
I translate political, legislative, and economic developments into executive briefs, strategic reports, and policy outputs for senior leadership, regulators, investors, partners, and public-facing institutional positioning. My work focuses on risks and opportunities affecting financial inclusion in Mexico.
Previously, I contributed policy and data analysis on U.S.–Mexico relations at the Mexico Institute at the Wilson Center, supporting public programs, private roundtables, briefing materials, and stakeholder engagement.
Over six years at Mexico’s Supreme Court of Justice, I advised on constitutional, human rights, gender justice, environmental law, and child-protection matters. I drafted and reviewed judicial opinions, led research and review teams on landmark rulings, and supported high-impact legal and policy decisions.
