I'm seeking a Sales Call Center Representative role where I can use customer service, communication, active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

I'm currently supporting inventory control and quality assurance at Target, where I review and validate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain reports for internal teams and management.

I work across computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets to keep inventory information complete and accurate while meeting daily productivity and quality expectations.

Previously, at 7-Eleven, I assisted customers with purchases, product questions, and promotions, processed transactions accurately, and resolved routine concerns in a fast-paced retail environment.
