I'm looking to continue providing dependable LPN care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar settings where clear communication, resident monitoring, documentation, and coordinated team workflow matter.

I've provided bedside and night-charge nursing care at Triboro Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center, and The Paramount at Somers. I support dementia, rehab, long-term care, vent/trach, and dialysis residents through medication passes, treatments, wound care, monitoring, safety rounds, and clear documentation.

I'm known for steady night-shift coverage, organized handoffs, CNA coordination, and reliable follow-through when escalating changes in condition to RNs and supervisors. Earlier, I supported primary-care visits at Riverdale Family Practice through patient intake, vital signs, procedures, immunizations, blood draws, and charting.
