What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand beyond long-term care while continuing to provide compassionate, safe, and accurate patient care. I'm open to learning new skills and new areas within my LPN scope.

I've provided safe, accurate nursing care across long-term care and memory-care settings in Virginia and Ohio, including Riverside Health System, Williamsburg Landing, Mill Manor, and Wesylan Village.

At Riverside Health System, I administer comprehensive care for more than 20 memory-care patients, conduct assessments, document condition changes, and develop individualized routines for people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. I work with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient engagement and quality of life.

I'm committed to compassionate communication with patients and families, medication administration, wound care, vital-sign monitoring, and individualized care planning. While most of my experience is in LTC, I enjoy learning new areas of my LPN scope and building new skills.
