What I'm looking for

I want to expand my knowledge across different healthcare sectors, using my LTC and rehabilitation expertise in a collaborative, creative problem-solving environment where I can support supervision, case coordination, and impactful patient care.

I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse focused on delivering dependable care in high-volume, fast-paced settings. I currently provide administrative and logistical support to case managers to help ensure clients receive the necessary care and resources, including maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and assisting with paperwork.

Previously, I oversaw CNAs, organized patient charts, managed nursing services and emergency situations, and handled admissions, discharges, and transfers to higher levels of care. In rehabilitation, I monitored respiration, blood pressure, and blood glucose, managed wounds (including wound vacs), supported trach/Foley’s/feeding tubes, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to comfort and counsel patients and families while strengthening care coordination and documentation.
