At Kushite Integrated Co., I led the AFIS digital transformation, turning manual fingerprint processes into an automated system. I translated business and forensic requirements into technical specifications and coordinated vendors and internal teams through delivery.
On the E-Passport and Enrollment Systems, I led deployment of LAN/WAN, CCTV, access control, and biometric solutions. I also coordinated multi-site implementations and supported system adoption with training and technical support.
As Senior Telecom Engineer on the TETRA Network Project, I designed and implemented mission-critical telecom infrastructure. My work included network planning, capacity assessment, and installation and commissioning of network components.
Most recently, as Operations and Business development Manager at Stratos for Multi Activities, I led sales operations across B2B and B2C channels. I introduced a three-tier pricing model and improved order tracking and after-sales support, contributing to higher sales and customer satisfaction.
