My experience as a Customer Support & Online Learning Coordinator at YaredStick Online College allowed me to act as the primary point of contact for student issues, enhancing their online learning experience. I managed and uploaded learning materials on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that content was current and accessible to all students.

In my role as an Applications System Specialist at Cilondis Computer Solutions, PLC, I led social media management and content creation to educate potential clients about ERP solutions. I developed technical and financial proposals for business bids and streamlined internal workflows through effective task organization and process documentation.
