What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply mixed-methods research, accessibility evaluation, and design thinking to improve products and workflows. I value cross-functional collaboration, direct user engagement, and turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

I'm completing an MS in User Experience Design at Kent State University while applying contextual inquiry in my work at EZ Justice and StepMobile. I conduct discovery sessions with Judges, Clerks, and Jury Commissioners, observe real-world workflows, and translate pain points into system configurations and product improvements.

I've built research-informed content and accessibility resources at Kent State, including the Canvas Portfolio Submission Guide and evaluation templates used across multiple course sections. My work combines user interviews, usability testing, accessibility evaluation, and clear communication for diverse audiences.

Previously, I designed email campaigns and marketing materials for Bread Loaf, iterating through user feedback and collaborating with marketing and product teams. My cross-industry background spans graphic design, editorial styling, social media, and textile technology.
