I’m a Software Engineering and Data Science professional with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from ISGA and a second Master’s degree in Data Science from Vistula University.
My professional experience combines IT, data, web development, and customer service. I worked as an Industrial IT Systems Engineer at Michelin in Poland, where I was involved in configuring and monitoring operating systems and business applications, integrating systems, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and supporting users. I also have experience in web development and testing, including WordPress-based projects and system performance analysis.
More recently, I worked as a Data Curator with Veeva, supporting healthcare data quality through web research, data verification, organization, and maintenance. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, research skills, data accuracy, and ability to follow defined processes and quality standards.
I also bring several years of customer service experience, communicating with customers through chat, email, and phone. I’m comfortable handling complex requests, solving problems calmly, and working with international teams and customers.
I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities where I can combine my technical knowledge, analytical mindset, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly. I’m open to roles in IT support, technical support, customer success, data operations, data analysis, QA/testing, and remote operations.
