What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead curriculum and teacher training work that’s grounded in research—building practical learning materials and measurable outcomes, including digital learning/gamification—while collaborating with mission-driven teams.

I’m a teacher curricularist and researcher with degrees in Computer Science and Secondary Education, plus an International Diploma in Children’s Ministries. I’ve spent 19+ years turning learning needs into practical instruction—designing curricula, building lesson plans, and supporting educators with training that sticks.

As TRAINING MINISTRY HEAD and CURRICULUM DEVELOPER, I led teacher training seminars locally and internationally and trained 20,000+ professionals. I also developed nationwide DepEd-approved curricula and helped drive measurable impact, including over 1,000 teacher volunteers in NCR South through CEF’s volunteer recruitment.

My work blends curriculum development with research-informed practice. I designed modules and developed DepEd-approved EHSVEC curricula used nationwide, facilitated collaborative learning, and conducted academic research for international students—bringing rigor to instructional delivery and research writing.

In addition to education leadership, I’ve applied research and digital learning concepts as a RESEARCH ANALYST for gamification in the Hope Town Hero app. I conducted analysis of pre- and post-test data from 1,700+ students across Maguindanao, Samar, and Mindoro, and I’ve also contributed to localization and communication through subtitle editing for NetFlix, NatGeo, and BBC.
