Since July 2024, I’ve been leading the BI Factory team, overseeing the delivery of BI assets with a strong focus on quality, performance, and timely completion of reports, dashboards, and data pipelines. I structure workloads, track development progress, and actively support the growth and skill development of my technical team.

In my role, I coordinate closely with stakeholders to handle prioritization and align business requirements with technical capabilities, making sure delivered solutions stay coherent and relevant to the business context. I bring an execution mindset that balances stakeholder expectations with maintainable BI delivery.

Previously, as a Senior Data Analyst (April 2022–June 2024), I gathered business requirements through workshops and translated analytical needs into data models tailored to specific use cases and key KPIs. I developed and deployed customized reporting to turn data into actionable insights that enable better, more data-driven decision-making.

Earlier experience as a Business Intelligence Consultant and décisionnel engineer strengthened my end-to-end skills, from building ETL processes and populating data warehouses to designing and maintaining tabular models and Power BI reporting. I’m comfortable working across the BI lifecycle—requirements, modeling, integration, and delivery—using tools like T-SQL/SQL, Power BI, Looker/LookML, SSIS, Oracle Analytics, AWS Redshift, and Google BigQuery.
