Conceptualized and executed all event logistics of the Kids Adventure Expo, drawing 500+ attendees and 30+ vendors. Developed event program flow, materials list, pricing structure, and operational documents, and designed 3 original hands-on children's workshops.

Handled logistics preparations for the Change the Current 3.0 project with DepEd and UNICEF Philippines, including flights, vans, meals, venues, and accommodations. Supported coordination with Schools Division Offices and organized student proposals and resolutions.

Oversaw all projects and monitored their execution to ensure success, designed the project execution process, and onboarded and trained department members. Headed three projects, including one flagship project.

Oversaw and managed the planning and execution of an AESS project, coordinating with core team members from various departments to ensure deliverables were accomplished.

Managed multi-media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) through well-researched messaging and graphic illustrations aligned with the organization's vision. Increased Facebook post engagements by an average of at least 300%.

Oversaw and headed events and initiatives under the Office of the President, working with other departments in planning, executing, and evaluating online events. Managed recruitment, training, and development of core teams.
