At Elim Children’s Center, I cooked three meals a day, five days a week, for 60+ children. I managed CACFP compliance in the kitchen and produced daily food production records.
As a Clerk at Hy-Vee Wine and Spirits, I handled and secured the till and recorded its beginning- and end-of-day balances for the accounting team.
My education includes an M.Div from Union Theological Seminary and a degree from Drew School of Theology, where I focused on historical studies and philosophy of religion. My academic work includes theses on martyrdom, queer bodies, and trans Eucharistic responses.
