Ellie Browning

I am a compassionate individual pursuing studies in criminology and child psychology at the Open University, driven to build a career in adult psychology. My academic studies and personal experience as a parent of a child with special educational needs have deepened my understanding of neurodiversity and emotional wellbeing.

For the past several years I have worked as a Customer Advisor for John Lewis through Foundever, delivering positive customer experiences, handling order and delivery queries, and developing strong computer-based and communication skills.

I am eager to gain hands-on experience in psychological practice as I work toward becoming a qualified psychologist, bringing empathy, active listening, and a perspective shaped by lived experience to support others.
