I'm completing a Master of Education in primary school teaching at Freie Universität Berlin, following a Bachelor of Arts in Grundschullehramt focused on French, mathematics, and German. My bachelor's thesis examined applying the WEGE concept to support number understanding among German-as-a-second-language learners in mathematics lessons, earning a grade of 1.0.

Alongside my studies, I've built up several years of customer-facing work experience. As a Travel Advisor in Worldia's sales team, I designed custom B2B and B2C travel itineraries end-to-end, managed client communication by phone and email, worked with Salesforce, and edited front- and back-end website content. At United Sales Company GmbH, I processed high-volume orders for supermarket clients directly in the CRM system and coordinated delivery schedules and quantities with customers via email. At Besins Healthcare, I maintained and analyzed physician data in the CRM system using Excel and coordinated closely with the team via email to keep records accurate. I've also worked as a hostess at trade fairs and corporate events for brands such as VW, Samsung, and Coca-Cola, which sharpened my ability to represent a brand confidently and communicate clearly with a wide range of people on the spot.

I'm a native German speaker with fluent French and English and basic Spanish, which lets me communicate clearly across different customer bases and languages.
