As an English Tutor/Teacher (02/2025–Present), I create personalized lesson plans based on students’ individual learning goals and foster a supportive, inclusive environment that builds confidence in speaking and listening. I facilitate interactive activities, use assessment tools to track progress, and adjust teaching strategies so students improve through real-life practice.

Before teaching, I worked as a Xiaomi Sales representative/Data entry (12/2023–01/2025), where I identified customer needs, recommended suitable devices, and delivered clear product feature details, pricing, and comparisons to support informed purchasing decisions. I built strong rapport through excellent customer service, collaborated with teammates for a seamless experience, and consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.
