What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to support individuals in their nutrition journeys, ideally in a collaborative environment that values holistic approaches to health and wellness.

As a passionate nutrition counselor, I specialize in guiding clients through their journeys with disordered eating, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. My practice, Libby Stenzel Nutrition, LLC, focuses on both the practical aspects of nutrition and the emotional challenges that accompany these conditions. I believe in empowering individuals to find peace and freedom with food, moving away from chaos and obsession.

My educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan, where I graduated with a perfect GPA. My training as a Dietetic Intern provided me with extensive hands-on experience in clinical and community nutrition, including rotations in specialized programs at Michigan Medicine. I have also contributed to the field through writing and developing resources aimed at improving relationships with food.
