At Tampa General Hospital, I manage community health programs and projects aligned with organizational objectives and public health priorities. I build partnerships for health education initiatives and use qualitative data to inform decision-making.
I support grant efforts by crafting proposals and securing resources for health education and prevention initiatives. I also evaluate program performance and identify barriers to improve community engagement.
Previously, I designed and delivered health education programs as a Wellness Educator and coordinated wellness initiatives as a Wellness Specialist. Earlier, I coordinated care plans and communication for high-risk pediatric patients at Maxim Healthcare Services.
