Workforce development executive building employer-aligned apprenticeship and talent pipeline solutions.
What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic workforce development executive with experience across higher education, state workforce systems, employer engagement, apprenticeship development, and talent pipeline strategy. I build collaborative workforce solutions that align employer demand with workforce supply—while expanding programs and strengthening partnerships among employers, government agencies, workforce boards, and educational institutions.
In my current role, I direct workforce strategy, industry partnerships, apprenticeship initiatives, contract training, and continuing education operations. I manage workforce funding, budgets, procurement, compliance reporting, instructor recruitment, and program evaluation—directing more than $1.4 million in workforce-related investments across two fiscal years.
I’ve created and launched 13 new workforce development programs aligned with regional labor market demand, and I re-established a commercial driver training program after a 20-year absence, training more than 330 drivers within 18 months. I also delivered a 97% participant completion and employment success rate, while growing employer partnerships and workforce development initiatives that support economic development stakeholders.
