I’m a Remote Data Analyst focused on turning unstructured, complex information into clear, business-ready recommendations. In my Externship at Amazon Operational Strategy & People Analytics, I scraped and processed unstructured web data with Python to surface workforce retention insights across 350+ global locations.

As a Co-Founder and Management Consultant at Creative Splash Home Improvements, I operationalized data-driven decision-making—developing and tracking KPIs like revenue, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction. I also supported pricing strategy, workflow optimization, and customer experience by translating business challenges into structured, data-informed recommendations.

Earlier, I served as a Registered Nurse Supervisor and Registered Nurse in Dominica, where I supervised cross-functional teams and made rapid, data-informed decisions under pressure. I leveraged electronic systems and performance metrics to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and drive operational improvements, while leading weekly knowledge-sharing to build consistent organizational learning.

I’m strengthening my analytics foundation with an MBA (Healthcare Management) and coursework in Data & Analytics, and I build proof through projects like Payment Funnel Analysis. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can deliver structured insights to non-technical stakeholders and help operational leadership act faster and smarter.
