What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in healthcare quality improvement leadership—translating CMS/NCQA requirements into rigorous validations, clear technical reporting, and measurable performance—while partnering with stakeholders to deliver results across complex, multi-project work.

I lead validation of clinical quality reviews focused on maternal mental health and tobacco use, ensuring health plans meet required quality standards. I translate federal healthcare regulations into actionable quality review processes aligned with CMS requirements.

Previously, I developed reporting specifications for State-determined performance measures using deep knowledge of current NCQA guidelines. I led Medical Record Review (MRR) validation, including member sampling and coordinating nurse review team findings to health plans, and I served as a subject matter expert for CMS Core Set Measure Reporting.

I also author EQR Annual Technical Reports, compile review findings across validation activities, and manage external quality review work plans with KPI goals. Across roles at IPRO and earlier analytical work, I’ve focused on turning complex requirements and data into clear, decision-ready technical and quality reporting.
