At Baptist Health Medical Group, I established the foundation for clinical education across the Palm Beach Region, including developing and implementing a multidisciplinary, multispecialty orientation program. I also train staff and assess education needs to support clinical practice and staff development.
At Bethesda Hospital, I chaired the Research and Evidence-based Practice Council and Journal Club, and led, supported, and facilitated performance improvement, evidence-based, and research projects. I also collaborated on staff readiness and training initiatives for accreditation surveys.
My teaching has included clinical instruction at Emory University and nursing faculty work at St. Paul’s School of Nursing. I hold a PhD in Nursing and an MS in Nursing Education, and I’m a Florida multistate-licensed RN with medical-surgical board certification.
