I lead the AI subsystem at BMG, a multi-tenant CRM and commerce SaaS for African SMBs. I built and shipped the production agent: a tool-calling loop over the Anthropic SDK exposing 175 owner-facing tools across sales, CRM, inventory, scheduling and ads, with per-tool permission gating and confirmation on destructive actions. It runs live on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and serves 21 industry verticals from a single runtime through a layered prompt architecture rather than 21 separate deployments.

The part most teams skip is the part I own: evaluation infrastructure. Replies are logged with prompt version and full tool trace, real outcomes (takeover, conversion, escalation) are stitched back onto each one, a per-sector LLM judge scores quality, accepted replies are promoted to few-shot exemplars, and human corrections are distilled into prompt revisions behind an approval gate. Reply quality is measured in production, not assumed.

I ship the safety layer too: a structural output guard that inspects outgoing messages for payment-link leaks, unverified pricing and sector compliance breaches, and an adversarial probe suite covering prompt injection, system-prompt exfiltration, discount coercion and owner impersonation — validated across Pidgin, Yoruba and Swahili.

The agent is grounded in real data rather than model memory: a crawler and document ingester feed a pgvector knowledge base with semantic chunking, and catalogue pinning ties replies to real product and pricing rows, which eliminated invented prices and capabilities.

Before BMG I led engineering at CHIPS, a Kadena blockchain marketplace, where I built the multi-wallet React front-end, a Python chain indexer and a fiat on-ramp. Before that I founded and ran Advanztek/SchoolPortal for three years, a school management platform for Nigerian institutions built as a seven-app TypeScript monorepo with a CBT exam runner and a hardware biometric bridge. I independently built and operate Unrugify, an LLM-driven smart-contract auditor covering Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Polygon.

I take systems all the way — I own the deployment and production operation of everything I build, and I have led engineering teams doing it. Primary stack: TypeScript/Node, React and Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Redis, Docker and AWS.
