What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run SOC-style monitoring and investigations (blue team) while building secure, role-based data workflows. I want a team that values proactive defense, ITIL-aligned operations, and measurable security compliance.

I’m a SOC Analyst (Blue Team) and IT/Cybersecurity professional who blends security operations with secure data information management. I’m driven by proactive defense—monitoring, investigating, and strengthening the security and integrity of organizational systems.

In my current role, I monitor and respond to security incidents, using SIEM platforms to collect and analyze logs across the infrastructure. I leverage Wazuh alongside Elasticsearch and tools like Bitdefender Endpoint Protection and CrowdStrike to detect threats, investigate alerts, and support proactive defense strategies.

Previously, I’ve managed SLA/OLA-driven IT support and end-user troubleshooting while maintaining compliance with ITIL service management and cybersecurity best practices. I also managed ITSM processes for secure data collection, transformation, and analysis, building structured field-reporting systems using ODK Collect, Survey123, and Ona.io, with embedded access controls and secure transmission.

I bring a development mindset too—designing workflows and automation solutions with security protocols, encryption, and access control. I’ve built interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI with role-based access, led training on Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive and MFA, and used scripting for log monitoring and anomaly detection.
